Who we are

Sunbrief is operated by Ayoub Wahid, auto-entrepreneur in Casablanca, Morocco. Privacy requests: [email protected].

Data we process

• Account details of managers who sign up.
• Members' names and WhatsApp numbers, added by their manager.
• Check-in answers, voice note transcripts and message logs.
• Billing and subscription records when you choose a paid plan.

Consent

Members receive check-ins only after replying JOIN. STOP opts out immediately. Consent changes are logged with a timestamp.

Retention

Audio is deleted after transcription. Message content and account data are retained while the workspace is active and for a limited period after closure as required for security, billing and legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel to understand how Sunbrief is used and to measure our ads. Sensitive content (phones, emails, names, WhatsApp messages and summaries) is masked in Clarity recordings. You choose Analytics and Marketing in the cookie banner; change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer. See the Cookie policy section below for each tool's cookies and category.

Processors

• Google Tag Manager + Analytics 4 — traffic and conversion measurement when Analytics is accepted (Consent Mode v2).
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings when Analytics is accepted; sensitive fields are masked.
• Meta Pixel + Conversions API — ads measurement when Marketing is accepted.
• Cloudflare — cookieless Web Analytics and CDN (necessary).

International transfers

Some processors are located outside Morocco and the EU/EEA. Where required we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (for example SCCs) offered by those providers. Details are available from each processor's privacy documentation.

Withdrawing consent

Use Cookie settings in the site footer to change analytics or marketing consent. For WhatsApp check-ins, members reply STOP. For account deletion or access requests, email [email protected].
