How Sunbrief works
Sunbrief is a structured check-in workflow that runs through one WhatsApp business number. It is not a general chatbot and it never reads WhatsApp groups.
1. Invite by phone number
A manager adds members by WhatsApp number. Each person receives one invitation and nothing else until they reply JOIN.
2. A private morning question
On working days, each member is asked privately what they plan to do and what is blocking them. They answer by text or voice note in Darija, Arabic, French or English.
3. One summary for the manager
Answers are structured into plans, finished work and blockers. The manager receives one daily summary instead of scrolling a group.
4. A weekly status report
Each week Sunbrief writes a status report from the real answers, which you can download as a PDF or share with a private link.

- No. The bot only talks one to one through its own business number.
